Organizational Board
The Organizational Board is the highest decision-making body of the organization. PAD has a total of 7 board members which quarterly meet for strategic collective guidance and decision making.
Executive Body
PAD’s organizational Executive Body is chaired by the Executive Director of the Organization. The Executive Body includes Program Heads, managers, and other senior core staff. The Executive Body is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization.
Staffing
Currently, PAD has 232 (115 F) full time technical staffs and 100 part time staffs including subject matter consultants and technical advisors. In addition to this the organization regularly deploy above 600 volunteers across it project and programs in different part of the country. This includes case workers, community volunteers, facilitators, opinion leaders, advocates etc.. this enabled the organization to demonstrate strong grassroot operational presences with a significant positive impact on the lives of targeted hard to reach community groups including women, children, youth and elderly.
